中西医结合治疗糖尿病性肢体动脉硬化闭塞症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病性肢体动脉硬化闭塞症患者应用中西医结合疗法的效果。方法将我院收治的糖尿病性肢体动脉硬化闭塞症患者120例采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加除湿通脉汤口服联合祛湿方熏洗,对比两组患者治疗后临床疗效、足背动脉血流水平变化、踝肱指数、血脂血糖水平变化及用药安全性。结果治疗后,观察组踝肱指数、总有效率高于对照组,FBG、全血浆粘度、TG、血细胞比容、TC水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,P>0.05。结论中西医结合疗法能够有效降低糖尿病性肢体动脉硬化闭塞症患者血糖血脂水平,改善患者足背动脉血流水平,疗效确切,安全性高。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetic limb arteriosclerosis.Methods 120 patients with diabetic limb arteriosclerosis in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treatment with Chushi Tongmai De⁃coction combined with Qushi formula on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,dorsal artery blood flow level changes,ankle-brachial index,blood lipid and blood glucose level changes and medication safety of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the ankle-brachial index and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the levels of FBG,whole plasma viscosity,TG,hematocrit and TC of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No complications occurred during treatment in both groups.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can effectively reduce the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients with diabetic arteriosclerosis,improve dorsal artery blood flow level,which can further enhance the therapeutic effect and has high safety.
