安全稳定装置运行方式对3/2接线的影响

摘　　要：针对330~500 kV开关部位常用的3/2接线配置方式所存在的保护装置动作盲区问题,详细描述3/2接线方式的连接特点和现代安全稳定装置的配置方式与控制特点。分析表明,现代电力系统安全稳定装置具备快速精准的故障定位能力,能有效排查3/2线路中的故障点,提升此类线路运行的安全稳定性。同时,针对现有安稳装置的信息化控制特点提出了未来区域电网安稳装置控制系统的发展方向。通过合理的安稳装置控制策略可保障区域电网的高效运行,准确定位并排查3/2接线体系中的故障点,进而为电力系统的安全工作提供有力保障。Aiming at the problem of action blind zone of protection device in common 3/2 wiring configuration mode of 330~500 kV switch position,the connection characteristics of 3/2 connection mode and configuration mode and control characteristics of modern safety and stability device are described in detail.The analysis shows that the modern power system security and stability device has the ability of fast and accurate fault location,which can effectively check the fault points in 3/2 lines and improve the safety and stability of such lines.At the same time,according to the information control characteristics of the existing security devices,the development direction of the future regional power grid security and stability device control system is proposed.The reasonable control strategy of safety and stability device can ensure the efficient operation of regional power grid,accurately locate and check the fault points in the 3/2 connection system,thus providing a strong guarantee for the safety of the power system.
