华光潭水电公司程控交换网优化方案研究

摘　　要：华光潭水电公司程控交换网经过多年的运行,系统主要设备已经老化,故障频率越来越高,同时现有型号设备都已停产,无备件和维修服务可以提供,因此现有系统存在严重的安全隐患,不能满足生产调度交换机安全稳定可靠运行的要求。另外,随着整个生产调度的发展,放号和无线通信等需求发生了重大变化,整个电站水库的调度通信交换已不能满足电站不断发展的需求,因此提出生产调度通信网络系统的整体优化升级改造。鉴于此,分析华光潭电站程控交换机网络存在的问题,提出程控交换网络优化思路,讨论调度交换网VoIP化的解决思路。After years of operation of the SPC switching network of Huaguangtan hydropower company,the main equipment of the system has been aging,and the failure frequency is higher and higher.At the same time,the existing models of equipment have been shut down,and no spare parts and maintenance services can be provided.Therefore,the existing system has serious security risks,which can not meet the requirements of safe,stable and reliable operation of production dispatching switches.In addition,with the development of the whole production scheduling,the demand of the number and wireless communication has changed greatly.The dispatching communication exchange of the whole power station reservoir can no longer meet the needs of the continuous development of the power station.Therefore,the overall optimization and upgrading of the production dispatching communication network system is proposed.Analyzes the problems of the SPC exchange network of Huaguangtan Hydropower Station,puts forward the optimization ideas of SPC exchange network,and discusses the solutions of VoIP-based dispatching switching network.
