摘 要:通过对三种加装不同形状叶尖小翼的等直径轴流风机进行数值计算,研究了不同形状叶尖小翼对轴流风机性能的影响。数值模拟表明,光滑过渡的叶尖小翼更有利于提高风机的效率,但是会不同程度地降低风机的风量。垂直的叶尖小翼会提高轴流风机的风量,同时提高效率,但是提高效率的幅度低于光滑过渡的小翼提高效率的幅度。Settlement stability is an important property of MR fluid and an important standard to measure the quality of MR fluid.At present,the measurement of settling time of MR fluid can only be carried out through experiments,which usually takes a long time.According to the existing numerical simulation method of MR fluid,the dynamic simulation method of MR fluid settlement process is established,and the accuracy of the numerical simulation method is verified by using the MR fluid prepared by hydroxy iron powder and silicone oil.According to the comparison results,the simulation method constructed in this paper has high accuracy when simulating MR fluids without additives,and the error is less than 10%.
