摘 要:修配法是保证机械装配精度常用的一种方法,对于有些修配件其修配面不止一个,而且修某些面会越修越大,修另外一些面则越修越小,若单独修配某一个面会增大修配量而影响生产效率,因此提出异面修配的新方法,并根据可修配面修配时的难易程度,对其进行合理的修配量分配。基于虚公差概念,推导出这种异面异量修配情况下的尺寸及公差的设计方法,用实例对比验证新方法可以获得较小的修配量,最后通过计算对比修配件不需要修配的概率。结果证明新方法不但可以减小修配件的单面最大修配量,而且修配件不需要修配的概率大大增加,有效提高了生产效率。Fitting assembly method is a commonly used method to ensure the accuracy of mechanical assembly.Some pending fitting parts possess more than one fitting surface and some of them will be getting bigger while the others getting smaller when fitting.Dealing with one surface alone can increase the amount of fitting and result in a poor efficiency,a new method of fitting different faces was proposed,which can realize a reasonable fitting ration in accordance with the difficulty levels of to-be-fitted surfaces.This method,deduced on the basis of the concept of virtual tolerance,can be applied to fit under the condition of different surfaces and amounts and was verified to have achieved a smaller amount of fit through comparative instance testing skills.Along with the to-be-fitted parts’probability obtained by comparative calculation,concluded that new method can reduce the amounts of fitting as well as an increased probability of the parts’without the requirement for fitting,which contributed an improved production efficiency.
