摘  要:针对目前弯管行业折弯机需要在空间直角坐标系下实现弯曲不同口径、不同材料和任何复杂形状管件的空间折弯等小批量、多品种以及高效率生产要求,提出了一种基于极坐标法的矢量式空间弯管机的几何算法与系统控制的折弯方法。该理论的主要方法是:首先,根据折弯工艺要求建立结构几何模型和参数数学模型;然后,进行Trio运动控制器的系统开发;最后,进行人机界面的数字化折弯编程,完成数据的交互。通过实践应用证明,把多轴数字运动控制器和极坐标算法应用于弯管系统中,提高了弯管的成形质量、成形精度和加工效率,应用前景十分广阔。In view of the small-batch,multi-variety and high-efficiency production requirements of bending machine with different caliber,different materials and any complex shape pipe in space rectangular coordinate system,a method of geometric algorithm and bend-system about vector spatial pipe bender based on polar coordinate method were proposed.The main methods of this theory were as follows:firstly,the structural geometry model and parameter mathematical model were established according to the requirements of bending process;then the system development of Trio motion controller was carried out;finally,the digital bending programming of human-machine interface was carried out to complete the data interaction.It is proved by practice that the application of the multi-axis digital motion controller and polar coordinate algorithm in the pipe bending system improves the forming quality,forming precision and processing efficiency of the pipe bending.It will have a very broad application prospect.
