重点药品监控预警制度对芜湖地区三级医院药品使用的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨重点药品监控目录预警管理制度对芜湖地区三级综合医院药品使用的影响。方法调取并分析芜湖地区4家三级综合医院2015年至2019年销售金额排名前20位药品及重点监控药品使用情况相关数据。结果4家医院2213年至2219年重点监控药品年度销售金额占所有药品年度总销售金额比例逐年下降;重点监控药品在年度销售金额排名前22位药品中所占的品种数逐渐减少,所占销售金额比例也依次减少;2019年4家医院销售金额排名前10位的重点监控药品均包括硫酸氢氯吡格雷片、注射用奥美拉唑钠和注射用泮托拉唑钠,出现频次均为4次。结论加强重点药品监控预警管理后,芜湖地区三级综合医院重点药品监控品种使用逐渐趋于合理,但对硫酸氢氯吡格雷和质子泵抑制剂使用的影响有限,临床应用合理性有待加强。Objective To investigate the influence of early warming management system of key dng monitoring catalogue on the use ofdrugs in tertiary general hospitals in Wuhu.Methods The data of the top 20 drugs and key monitoring drugs sold in four tertiarygeneral hospitals in Wthu from 2017 to 2019 were collected and statistically analyzed.Results From 2017 to 2019,the proportion ofamnual sales amount of key monitoring drugs in the tolal anmual sales amount of all drugs decreased year by year,the mumber of vari-eties of key monitoring drugs in the top 20 drugs in the amual sales amount also gradully decreased,and the proportion of sales amount of key monitoring drugs also decreased in turn.The top 10 key monitoring drugs sold in four tertiary hopitals in 2019 all in-cluded Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate Tablets,Omeprazole Sodium for Inijection and Pantoprazole Sodlium for Imijection,with the fiequeneyof 4 times.ConclusionAfter strengthening the monitoring and early warning management of key druges,the use df key drugs in thetertiary general hospitals in Wuhu has gradually become reasonable.However,its impact on the use of clopidorel hydrogen sulate andproton pump inhibitors is limited,and the rationality of clinical application needs to be strengthened.
