鼻喷糠酸莫米松联合依巴斯汀治疗变应性鼻炎临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻喷糠酸莫米松联合依巴斯汀治疗变应性鼻炎的效果及对患者炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取海南医学院第一附属医院2018年2月至2020年2月收治的变应性鼻炎患者108例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各54例。两组患者均予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂鼻腔局部治疗,观察组患者加服依巴斯汀片,均持续治疗4周。结果观察组总有效率为88.89%,显著高于对照组的74.07%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒症状评分及白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(14.81%比9.26%,χ2=0.787,P>0.05)。结论鼻喷糠酸莫米松联合依巴斯汀治疗变应性鼻炎,能改善鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒等症状,降低机体炎性因子水平。Objective To investigate the clinical eficacy of Mometasome Furate Aqueous Nasal Spray combined with ebastine in thetreatment of patients wih allergic thinitis and is effect on the levels of inflammatory factors.Methods Totally 108 patients with aller-gic mhinitis admitted to The Fist Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medlical University were randomly divided into the ohservation group andthe control group,54 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given local nasal treatment with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray,on this basis,the patients in the observation group took Ebastine Tablets orally.Both groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%,which was significantly higher than 74.07%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of nasal obstruction,sneezing,runny nose and rhinocnes-mus,the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-4(IL-4),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(14.81%us.9.26%,x=0.787,P>0.05).Conclusion Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray combined with ebastine in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis can improve the symptoms of nasal obstruction,sneezing,runny nose and rhinocnesmus,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
