肾康注射液治疗急性肾损伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肾康注射液治疗急性肾损伤(AKI)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2014年2月至2019年6月收治的AKI患者98例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。两组患者均予常规治疗,观察组患者加用肾康注射液静脉滴注。结果观察组总有效率为91.84%,明显高于对照组的48.98%(P<0.05);观察组患者的胱抑素C(CysC)、血肌酐(SCr)及急性生理与慢性健康状况(APACHE-Ⅱ)评分改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(10.20%比14.29%,P>0.05)。结论肾康注射液治疗AKI,可明显改善肾功能指标和APACHE-Ⅱ评分。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenkang Injection in the treatment ofacute kidney injury(AKI).MethodsTotally 98 patients with AKl admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to June 2019 were selected and randomly dividedinto the control group and the observation group,49 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given conventional tral-ment,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given the intravenous drip of Shenkang Injection.Results The total ef-fective rate of the observation group was 91.84%,which was significanly higher than 48.98%of the control group(P<0.05).Theinmprovement of cystatin c(CysC),serum creatine(SCr)and the score of Acute Physiology and Chronic Health EvaluationⅡ(APACHE-Ⅱ)in the obseration group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adversereactions in the ohservation group was similar to that in the control group(10.20%rs.14.29%,P>0.05).Conclusion ShenkangInjection in the treatment of AKl can effectively improve renal function and APACHE-Ⅱscore.
