五草三子加味汤治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究五草三子加味汤治疗甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)的临床效果及其对患者甲状腺激素水平、肿大甲状腺的影响。方法选取甲亢患者181例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组92例和对照组89例。对照组给予丙硫氧嘧啶片治疗,观察组予五草三子加味汤治疗。比较治疗前后2组患者的血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺激素(T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺激素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平。比较2组患者甲状腺血流速度、肿大甲状腺体积变化情况。结果2组治疗后T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平均较治疗前降低,TSH水平均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平较对照组降低更明显,TSH水平较对照组升高更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组甲状腺血流速度降低程度、肿大甲状腺缩小程度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五草三子加味汤治疗甲亢疗效更好。Objective To study the clinical effect of Wucao Sanzi Jiawei decoction in the treatment of hyperthyroidism and its influence on the level of thyroid hormone and enlarged thyroid gland.Methods A total of 181 patients with hyperthyroidism were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a treatment group of 92 cases and a control group of 89 cases.The control group was treated with propylthiouracil tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Wucao Sanzi Jiawei decoction.The serum levels of triiodothyronine(T3),thyroid hormone(T4),free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroid hormone(FT4),and thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)were compared before and after treatment.The thyroid blood flow velocity and changes in enlarged thyroid were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of T3,T4,FT3 and FT4 after treatment in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of TSH were higher than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of T3,T4,FT3,and FT4 in the treatment group decreased more significantly than those in the control group,and the TSH level increased more significantly than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction of thyroid blood flow velocity and reduction of enlarged thyroid in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wucao Sanzi Jiawei Decoction is more effective in treating hyperthyroidism.
