摘 要:后工业化所带来的高度复杂性和不确定性正在呼吁一个切实可行的策略来应对社会转型所带来的变化,我们迫切需要建立新的互动关系来恢复安全感和信任感。从理论到实践,多元共治的协同治理模式克服了单中心治理的种种局限,反映了社会主义制度的价值追求,也顺应了国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的时代要求。因此,将各类治理主体纳入治理场域,培养治理主体的共同体意识,建设服务型政府,同时积极培育社会力量,加强社会建设,实现协同治理的制度化供给,既是推进社会治理创新的关键之举,也是走出治理困境的治本之策。The high complexity and uncertainty brought by post-industrialization is calling for a feasible strategy to cope with the changes of social transformation.We urgently need to establish new interaction to recover the sense of security and trust.From theory to practice,the model of collaborative governance by multi-subjects reflects the value pursuit of the socialist system,overcomes the limitations of single-center governance,and complies with the requirements of the modernization of the country's governance system and capacity.Therefore,to bring all kinds of governance subjects into the governance field,cultivate the consciousness of political community of governance subjects,build a service-oriented government,strengthen social construction,cultivate social power and realize the institutionalized supply of collaborative governance are not only vital for promoting social governance innovation,but also for getting out of governance dilemma.
