摘  要:吴茱萸为芸香科植物吴茱萸的干燥近成熟果实,主要含有的化学成分有生物碱、苦味素、挥发油和黄酮类成分,其中生物碱为其主要活性成分。吴茱萸药理作用较为广泛,临床上主要功效为止痛,止呕。药典记载吴茱萸有小毒,动物试验研究发现,大剂量给予吴茱萸水煎液能造成实验动物明显肝损伤,其机制可能与过氧化损伤、炎性反应因子介导、线粒体损伤、药物-蛋白质加合物的形成等相关。本文通过对近年来国内外与吴茱萸相关的文献进行整理分析,概述了吴茱萸化学成分、药理作用和肝毒性及其机制的研究进展,为深入研究吴茱萸的药理作用机制、肝毒性物质及致毒机制,指导临床合理用药提供依据。Fructus Evodiae is the dry and near-mature fruit of the rutaceae plant.Fructus Evodiae,the main chemical components are alkaloids,bitter elements,volatile oil and flavonoids,of which alkaloids are the main active ingredients.Fructus Evodiae has a wide range of pharmacological effects,and the main clinical effects are to relieve pain and prevent vomiting.The Pharmacopoeia recorded that Fructus Evodiae has a small toxicity.Animal experiments have found that large doses of Fructus Evodiae Decoction can cause significant liver damage in experimental animals.The mechanism may be related to peroxide damage,inflammatory response factor-mediated,mitochondrial damage,drug-protein adduct formation etc.This paper reviews and analyzes the literature related to Fructus Evodiae in recent years worldwide,and summarizes the research progress of the chemical composition,pharmacological effects,hepatotoxicity and mechanism of Fructus Evodiae in order to provide the pharmacological action mechanism,hepatotoxic substances and mechanism of liver toxicity,and guidance on clinical rational use of drugs for further study.
