摘  要:针对虚拟三维布线环境下电缆装配余量的检查问题,建立了电缆装配余量检查模型,基于UG二次开发技术,设计了检查软件的菜单和用户对话框界面,利用VS软件和UG软件相结合,创建了装配余量数据库,并完成了电缆装配余量检查软件的开发。通过对模型中电阻器、按键、分支接头等连接件接线端的电缆装配余量进行检查,电缆装配余量的检查结果显示正确且符合软件设计要求。检查结果表明,电缆装配余量检查工具的开发,大大提升了电子产品三维布线规范性的检查速度和电子产品设计效率。According to the inspection problem of cable assembly margin in UG environment.The assembly margin inspection model of cable was established.Based on the UG secondary development technology,the menu and user dialog interface of the inspection software were designed.Using the combination of VS software and UG software,an assembly allowance knowledge base was created to complete the development of the cable assembly allowance inspection software.By verifying the cable assembly allowance of the resistors,buttons,branch joints and other component terminals in the model,the cable assembly allowance inspection results are correct and meet the software design requirements.The results show that the developed inspection tools can meet the requirements of cable assembly margin inspection,and the research conclusions have certain reference value and guiding significance for the cable inspection.
