供给侧改革背景下农村公共体育服务的困境与优化

摘　　要：运用文献资料法,实地考察法,逻辑推理法,以供给侧结构性改革背景为前提,从发展困境、优化路径分析农村公共体育服务的发展。结论:农村公共体育服务的发展困境有供需错配、供给形式单一、供给结构失衡、需求侧信息模糊,农村体育氛围较差、政府工作怠慢。针对以上所述,提出以下几点优化路径:一是提升政府管理质量,灵活转变政府角色;二是明确村民需求信息,释放新需求;三是多元化形式,创造新的有效供给。Based on the background of supply-side structural reform,this paper analyzes the development of rural public sports service from the development dilemma and optimization path by using the methods of literature,field investigation and logical reasoning.The conclusion includes the development difficulties of rural public sports services,such as mismatch between supply and demand,single supply form,imbalance of supply structure,fuzzy demand side information,poor rural sports atmosphere and neglect of government work.In view of the above,the paper puts forward the following optimization paths,improving the quality of government management and flexibly change the role of the government;clarifying the villagers’demand information and release new demand;enhancing diversify forms to create new and effective supply.
