基于社会网络分析的CSL球队传球表现分析及对球队绩效的价值

摘　　要：以2018赛季CSL共240场比赛的传球矩阵及传球技术统计为原始数据,运用社会网络分析法、偏最小二乘回归法、K-Means聚类法对该赛季各支球队传球的结构特征及传球绩效进行了研究。结果显示:1)依据球队传球结构特征及传球数量等指标将2018赛季CSL球队分为直接型打法、传控型打法、混合型打法3种类型。2)不同类型球队各有其明显的传球特征,并与联赛成绩取得之间存在关联。其中,直接型打法球队在传球组织进攻中对于核心球员的依赖性较高,球队传球网络核心边缘化结构不合理,暂时性效果并不利于球队长期发展,而传控型打法、混合型打法球队在进攻中各球员传球贡献更加均衡化,联赛成绩优异且具有普适性。3)不论何种类型球队,向前传球数量对球队绩效结果均没有影响,传球数对进攻整体性特征明显的传控型打法球队绩效具有重要影响。Using the pass matrix and pass technology statistics of a total of 240 games of CSL in the 2018 season as raw data,the social network analysis method,partial least squares regression method,and K-Means clustering method were used to pass each team in this season The structural characteristics and passing performance of the ball were studied.The results show:1)According to the team’s pass structure characteristics and the number of passes,the 2018 CSL team is divided into three types:direct-play,possession-play and mixed play.2)Different types of teams have their own distinct passing characteristics,and there is a correlation between the achievements of the league.Among them,the direct-play team has a high dependence on core players in the attack of the pass organization,the core marginalization structure of the team’s pass network is unreasonable,and the temporary effect is not conducive to the long-term development of the team,The possession-play and mixed-play teams have a more balanced contribution to each player’s passing in the offense,with excellent league performance and universality.3)Regardless of the type of team,the number of forward passes has no effect on the team’s performance results,the number of passes has an important impact on the performance of a team with a clearly controlled overall attack and control style.
