摘 要:测试并对比分析了阻燃涤纶纤维和腈氯纶纤维的结构与性能,得到结论:阻燃涤纶纤维的化学结构与聚酯纤维的化学结构相似,腈氯纶纤维是由腈纶纤维改性制得。两种纤维物理机械性能测试结果显示,相比腈氯纶纤维,阻燃涤纶纤维回潮率小、可挠度大、拉伸断裂性能好、比电阻小,可纺性能优于腈氯纶纤维。阻燃性和燃烧性测试结果表明,阻燃涤纶纤维比腈氯纶纤维阻燃性好,但阻燃涤纶纤维接触火焰时,出现熔滴现象,在实际应用中需对其进行抗熔滴处理。The structure and performance of flame-retardant polyester fiber and modacrylic fiber were tested and analyzed. Infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that the chemical structure of flame-retardant polyester fiber was similar to that of polyester fiber, and the modacrylic fiber was made by modifying acrylic fiber. The physical and mechanical properties of the two fibers showed that the flame-retardant polyester fiber had the lower moisture regain, greater flexibility, better tensile breaking performance, lower specific resistance, and better spinnability than the modacrylic fiber. The flame retardancy and combustibility test results showed that the flame-retardant polyester fiber had better flame retardancy than the modacrylic fiber. However, the flame-retardant polyester fiber dripped when it contacted the flame, which meant the flame-retardant polyester fiber needed to be treated with dripping resistance in practical applications.
