摘 要:探讨了结合季节条件的PLC空调自控系统在盐城某纺织厂的应用效果。通过研究盐城地区气候特点,将空调自控系统分为夏季、过渡季和冬季3种控制模式,充分利用室内外空气能实现系统节能运行。该自控系统的风机、水泵及风窗调节采用步进算法,实际运行后车间温湿度稳定,湿度波动在±3%以内,温度波动在±0.7℃以内,年节电量为82644 kW·h。The application effect of PLC air-conditioning automatic control system combined with seasonal conditions in the Yancheng textile mill was discussed. By studying the climate characteristics of Yancheng area, the air-conditioning automatic control system was divided into three control modes: summer, transitional season and winter. The air-conditioning system could make full use of air to realize energy-saving operation. The automatic control system had adopted the step-by-step algorithm to adjust the fans, pumps and windows. After the actual operation, the temperature and humidity of the workshop were stable, humidity fluctuation was within±3%, temperature fluctuation was within ±0.7 ℃, and the energy saving was 82 644 kW·h per year.
