基于“伤寒六经”辨证治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的体会

摘　　要：目前,新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情已成为国际关注的突发性重大公共卫生事件。笔者在武汉市第三人民医院参与抗疫工作期间,共收治COVID-19患者118例。治疗以"伤寒六经"辨证为基础,基于中医理论,在患者早期(太阳阳明期)给予辛凉宣透剂,宣透肺邪;中期(邪入少阳期)清热化湿和解,适当扶正;治愈期(少阴化热期)滋阴清热。经中医辨证治疗,共出院69例,治愈率达58.47%。面对"疫病"治疗应当融会贯通"伤寒""温病"和"温疫"等学说。The novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)has currently become a global major public health emergency.118 COVID-19 patients,which from Wuhan Third Hospital-Tongren Hospital of Wuhan University,were treated by rescue team from Shanghai Guanghua Hospital of Integrated Traditional C.hinese and Western Medicine.Based on the six meridians of typhoids theory and diseases changing law of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)theory,during the early period(Tai-Yang-Yang-Ming period),Xinliang Xuantou herbs were given to clear away lung pathogens;during the middle period(Xie-Flu-Shao-Yang period),attentions were paid to clearing away heat,resolving dampness and properly strengthening the body;during the healing period(Shao-Yin-Hua-Re period),attentions were paid to nourishing yin and clearing heat,taking into account the change of syndrome.According to the TCM treatment theory,a total of 69 patients were discharged from hospital with a cure rate of 58.47%.In the face of"epidemic disease"treatment should be integrated with"typhoid fever","warm disease","warm disease"and other theories.
