产科弥漫性血管内凝血的临床治疗研究

摘　　要：目的分析产科弥漫性血管内凝血的临床治疗效果。方法选择本院2018年1月至2019年10月接收治疗63例产科弥漫性血管内凝血产妇患者作为本次研究的对象,对63例患者发病机制进行研究,并采取抗休克、补血、止血、人纤维蛋白原等方式进行治疗,观察治疗效果及胎儿抢救成功率。结果经过治疗后,63例DIC患者的PT、血小板计数、APTT及Fg实验室检查指标较治疗前得以明显改善,对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);经过治疗后,63例产妇抢救成功率为100.00%;胎儿中死产5例,宫内死亡2例,胎儿抢救成功率为88.89%。胎儿与产妇抢救成功率对比差异明显,P<0.05。结论当产妇出现弥漫性血管内凝血情况后,要立即排查病因,及时采取补血、止血、抗休克及人纤维蛋白原等治疗方式,对各项临床指标具有很好的改善作用,利于患者病情的归转。Objective:To analyze the clinical treatment effect of obstetric diffuse intravascular coagulation.Methods:63 patients with obstetric diffuse intravascular coagulation were selected from our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 as the object of this study.The pathogenesis of 63 patients was studied,and anti-shock,blood and hemostasis were taken.Human fibrinogen,and other methods to observe the treatment effect and the success rate of fetal rescue.Results:After treatment,the laboratory examination indicators of PT,platelet count,APTT and Fg in 63 patients with DIC were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the comparison was statistically significant,P<0.05;after treatment,the success rate of 63 maternal rescue patients was 100%;5 cases of stillbirths were born,2 were intrauterine deaths,and the success rate of fetal rescue was 88.89%.There was a significant difference between the fetal and maternal rescue success rates,P<0.05.Conclusion:When the maternal woman has diffuse intravascular coagulation,the etiology should be investigated immediately,and treatment methods such as blood replacement,hemostasis,anti-shock,and human fibrinogen should be taken in time,which has a good effect on improving clinical indicators and is beneficial to the patient's condition return.
