人流术前米索前列醇阴道用药软化宫颈疗效评估

摘　　要：目的探讨米索前列醇阴道用药在人工流产术中软化宫颈的应用效果。方法随机将93例行人工流产术的健康妊娠妇女分为两组,对照组人流术前不用药,观察组人流术前给予米索前列醇阴道用药,比较两组手术时间、宫颈软化的效果、疼痛分级、出血量、人流综合征发生率。结果观察组宫颈软化效果及疼痛分级均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量及人流综合征发生率都低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人流术前阴道用米索前列醇能有效软化、扩张宫颈,疗效显著。Objective:To explore the effect of vaginal misoprostol in softening the cervix during artificial abortion.Methods:93 healthy pregnant women who underwent artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups.The control group did not need medication before the abortion,and the observation group was given vaginal misoprostol before the abortion.The operation time,the effect of cervical softening,pain grade,blood loss,and the incidence of abortion syndrome were compared between the two groups.Results:The cervical softening effect and pain classification of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of abortion syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaginal misoprostol before abortion can effectively soften and dilate the cervix,and the effect is significant.
