个性化护理干预对白血病患儿腰穿及骨穿依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨白血病患儿治疗期间,辅助个性化护理对其腰穿及骨穿时依从性的影响。方法将200例白血病患儿依据随机分组法将其平均分为两组。对照组辅助常规护理,观察组辅助个性化护理。结果观察组患儿的依从性比对照组较高(90.00%VS 69.00%),P<0.05。观察组患儿的头痛头晕、恶心呕吐、腰背痛、下肢麻木、疼痛发生率明显较对照组低,P<0.05。结论白血病患儿治疗期间,辅助个性化护理,可提高实施腰穿及骨穿时的依从性,减少不良反应事件的发生。Objective:To investigate the effect of individualized nursing on compliance of patients with leukemia during lumbar puncture and bone puncture.Methods:According to the random grouping method,200 children with leukemia were equally divided into two groups.The control group was assisted with routine nursing,and the observation group was assisted with personalized nursing.Results:The compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group(90.00%vs 69.00%),P<0.05.The incidence of headache,dizziness,nausea and vomiting,low back pain,lower limb numbness and pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:During the treatment of children with leukemia,personalized nursing,waist puncture and bone puncture compliance increased,adverse reaction events reduced.
