摘　　要：目的探讨以家庭为中心的产科护理新模式对新生儿家属母婴护理能力的影响。方法将医院于2017年11月至2019年11月收治的64例分娩产妇作为研究对象,随机进行分组,其中对照组与研究组各32例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以家庭为中心的产科护理。比较两组新生儿家属母婴护理能力及护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组的新生儿家属母婴护理能力掌握率、护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的产科新模式护理能够提高新生儿家属的母婴护理能力,提高母婴安全性。Objective:To explore the impact of a new family-centered obstetric care model on the maternal and infant care abilities of newborn family members.Methods:Sixty-four delivery women admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into groups,including 32 cases in the control group and the study group.The control group received routine care,and the study group received family-centered obstetric care.The maternal and child care ability and nursing satisfaction of the families of the two groups of newborns were compared.Results:After the intervention,the maternal and child care ability mastery rate and nursing satisfaction degree of the newborn family members in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new model of family-centered obstetric care can improve the maternal and infant care ability of the newborn's relatives and improve the safety of the mother and infant.
