血府逐淤汤联合川芎嗪治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕(VBIV)患者使用川芎嗪联合血符逐瘀汤治疗的临床效果。方法参照分层抽样法将本院于2018年2月至2019年11月收治的70例VBIV患者分为两组,其中35例纳入常规组,予以川芎嗪治疗;其余35例纳入观察组,联合使用川芎嗪和血府逐瘀汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果常规组和观察组治疗前基底动脉和两侧椎动脉的血流速度相比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的血流速度明显快于常规组,两组有明显差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为94.29%明显高于常规组有效率的77.14%,两组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对VBIV患者联合使用川芎嗪和血府逐瘀汤治疗可以明显改善患者的血运状态,提高患者的基底动脉和椎动脉的血流速度,有效地改变患者供血不足的现象,临床治疗效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ligustrazine combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on patients with vertebral-basal artery insufficiency vertigo(VBIV).Methods:According to the stratified sampling method,70 VBIV patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to November 2019 were divided into two groups,35 of which were included in the routine group and were treated with ligustrazine;the remaining 35 cases were included in the observation group.Combined use of ligustrazine and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The blood flow velocity of the basilar artery and the bilateral vertebral arteries before treatment was not significantly different between the conventional group and the observation group(P>0.05);the blood flow velocity of the observation group was significantly faster than that of the conventional group after treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that in the routine group,77.14%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of ligustrazine and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction for VBIV patients can significantly improve the patient's blood supply status,increase the blood flow velocity of the patient's basilar artery and vertebral artery,effectively change the patient’s insufficient blood supply,and have a significant clinical treatment effect.
