摘 要:目的研究踝关节运动损伤中应用超声诊断的临床价值。方法以51例踝关节运动损伤患者为研究对象。实施了踝关节高频超声检查和MRI检查,以手术结果为最终临床诊断。评价超声诊断的临床准确率。结果超声诊断的准确率为92.16%,与最终临床诊断结果相比,P>0.05;MRI检查诊断的准确率为94.12%,超声诊断准确率与MRI诊断准确率相比,P>0.05。结论踝关节运动损伤中应用超声诊断可获得与MRI检查和手术结果接近的诊断准确率。Objective:To study the clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis in ankle joint sports injuries.Methods:Fifty-one patients with ankle sports injury were the subjects of the study.High-frequency ultrasound and MRI examinations of the ankle joint were performed,and the results of the surgery were used as the final clinical diagnosis.The clinical accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis was evaluated.Results:The accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 92.16%.Compared with the final clinical diagnosis result,P>0.05.The accuracy rate of MRI diagnosis was 94.12%.The accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis was compared with that of MRI diagnosis,P>0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasound diagnosis in ankle joint sports injury can obtain a diagnostic accuracy rate close to that of MRI examination and surgery.
