改革开放以来我国高等教育成就及对“双一流”建设路径的启示

摘　　要：文章通过回顾改革开放以来我国高等教育一系列根本性、原创性成就,凝练出40多年来高等教育服务社会主义建设、坚持开放包容、涵养中国特色、回应人民期待的发展观。围绕“双一流”建设要求,提出以中国特色为根本前提,以学科协同为关键推动、以质量文化为内生动力的一流大学和一流学科建设奋进之路。By reviewing the achievements of higher education since the reform and opening-up,this paper comprehensively summarizes and analyzes the development law and historical experience of higher education.This paper concludes the development concept of higher education that has served socialism for more than four decades,adhering to openness and inclusiveness with Chinese characteristics and responding to people’s expectations.Focusing on the requirements of“Double First-Class”construction,this paper puts forward the first-class university and first-class discipline construction with Chinese characteristics as the fundamental premise,discipline coordination as the key impetus,and quality culture as the endogenous driving force.
