基于“熟人社会理论”的社区脑卒中一级预防模式构建及初步成效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基于"熟人社会理论"的社区脑卒中一级预防模式构建,并分析初步成效。方法选取本辖区内10家村庄里接受社区慢性病健康管理、年龄≥40岁的常住居民作为主要筛查对象,基于"熟人社会理论",引入"村志愿者"构建新型的社区脑卒中一级预防模式为其提供筛查和干预服务,计算该模式下筛查工作的成效。结果(1)由公卫医师、护士、全科医生和村志愿者4种角色组成的全新工作团队,在响应人数及之后的各个指标上均有同比提升,增长率在6.85%~18.03%之间;(2)对89人进行满意度调查,问卷回收率为100.0%;调查对象整体上对当前脑卒中筛查工作模式的满意评分为(4.02±0.72)分,当前的脑卒中筛查工作模式较公卫团队主导/全科团队主导的工作模式优越在于人员分工更加明确、服务流程更加清晰、提高各方资源利用率和与村民沟通交流更加顺畅;村民的整体满意度得分为(3.96±0.66)分。结论基于"熟人社会理论"的社区脑卒中一级预防模式有助于提升村民应答率和社区服务利用率,从而提升各级各类慢性病防控工作成效。OBJECTIVE To explore the preliminary effect and mode construction of stroke primary prevention in communities under"Acquaintance Society"theory.METHODS It collected constant inhabitants above 40 over years as research objects in the jurisdiction of the 10 villages.The screening and intervention services were provided for constant inhabitants with mode construction of stroke primary prevention under"Acquaintance Society"theory.The preliminary effect were calculated.RESULTS(1)A new work team were formed by public health physicians,nurse,general practitioner and village volunteers.The growth rate of each index effect were 6.85%~18.03%.(2)89 cases were investigated with the satisfaction questionnaire,and the recovery rate was 100%.The satisfaction score was(4.02±0.72)scores.The advantages of work pattern of stroke primary prevention under"Acquaintance Society"theory were clear division of different jobs,clear service process,increases resource utilization,and better communication with villager.The overall satisfaction of villager was(3.96±0.66)scores.CONCLUSION The mode construction of stroke primary prevention under"Acquaintance Society"theory could improve response rate of villager and community health services,and improve the performance of the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases.
