摘  要:钢管系杆拱桥结构合理,跨越能力好,施工工艺大多采用先梁后拱法施工。新建商合杭铁路西苕溪右线特大桥,主跨上跨Ⅲ级航道,航道行船密集、运输繁忙,设计为140 m系杆拱,采用先拱后梁法施工,悬臂浇筑梁段最大节段长8 m重260 t。本文详细介绍了跨航道高铁大跨系杆拱桥先拱后梁法系梁悬臂施工,针对大节段大吨位长悬臂薄壁悬灌梁段跨航道施工,研究设计并实施了垂直吊杆无水平力轻型挂篮体系,解决了使用尼尔森体系吊杆的施工难题;挂篮自重小,既满足了节段施工要求又大大减轻了对薄壁板结构的压力;大大降低了挂篮安装难度,同时节省工期与成本。The steel tube tied arch bridge has a reasonable structure and good spanning ability.Most of the construction technology adopts the method of beam first and then the arch.The newly-built Xitiaoxi Right Line Super-large Bridge of Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou High-speed Railway is mainly across the class Ⅲ channel,with dense ships and heavy traffic.It is designed as a 140 m tied arch span,which is constructed by arch first and then beam method.The longest section of the cantilever cast beam section is 8 m long and 260 t heavy.The paper elaborates on the cantilever construction of tie beam using bridge arch first and then beam method in long-span tied arch bridge of high-speed railway across channels,and studies,designs and implements the light-weight hanging basket system of vertical suspender without horizontal force to solve the construction problem of using Nielsen system suspender to the construction of large section,large tonnage,long cantilever thin-wall cantilever beam section across the channels.The self weight of hanging basket is small,which not only meets the requirements of segmental construction,but also greatly reduces the pressure on the thin-walled plate structure.What's more,the installation difficulty of hanging basket is greatly reduced,and the construction period and cost are saved at the same time.
