摘　　要：介绍了铁路机车、车辆、动车组转向架用滚动轴承类型、规格及运用部位。概述了目前铁路轴承现有的台架试验方法。为了填补铁路轴承试验方法及装置的空白,开展了国内外铁路轴承试验技术调研,掌握了国内外铁路轴承试验方法及装置的现状。详述了研究的各型轴承的试验方法标准、试验原理及新建设的试验装置可开展的试验项目。建议推广运用试验技术的研究成果,测试并掌握目前在用的铁路关键轴承性能,并简要说明现有试验方法施加冲击振动试验项目的可行性。The types,specifications and mounting locations of bogie roller bearing of locomotive and rolling stock are introduced. The existing bench test methods of railway bearing are summarized. In order to fill the blank of railway bearing test methods and devices, the investigation of railway bearing test technology at home and abroad is carried out,and the present situation of railway bearing test methods and devices at home and abroad is grasped. The test method standard and test principle of each type bearing and available test program of new test equipment are described in detail. It is suggested to popularize the research results of the test technology,test and master the performance of the key railway bearings in use at present. The feasibility of the impact vibration test project applied by the existing test methods is briefly explained.
