摘　　要：主要根据GMC-96B型钢轨打磨车使用条件的变化,在满足减速箱接口尺寸、传动比及各泵输入条件的基础上,重新设计减速箱参数,并校核了齿轮、轴强度和轴承寿命满足设计要求,最终通过试验验证了设计的合理性与可靠性。According to the changes of the service conditions of GMC-96 B rail grinding vehicle, the parameters of the gearbox are redesigned on the basis of satisfying the interface size,transmission ratio and input conditions of each pump. And the gear,shaft strength and bearing life are checked to meet the design requirements. Finally the rationality and reliability of the design are verified by test.
