关于HX_D3C(D)型机车在北方寒冷地区运用延长轮对使用周期的探讨

摘　　要：结合生产实际,对HXD3C和HXD3D型机车在北方寒冷地区运用过程中轮对镟修情况进行统计分析,找出轮对镟修的原因,分析相关影响因素,从机砂选用、镟修加工方法和运用交路调整等方面提出了延长轮对运用周期、降低维修成本的建议。Combined with the production practice,statistical analysis on the wheelset-turning repair of HX_D3C and HX_D3D locomotive used in northern cold region is carried out. The reasons for wheelset-turning repair are found out,and the relevant influencing factors are analyzed. Some suggestions for prolonging the wheelset service cycle and reducing the maintenance cost are put forward from the aspects of selecting grinding wheel,wheelset-turning repair methods and schedule for rolling stock usage.
