自拟中药调脾健胃汤联合三联疗法治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟中药调脾健胃汤联合三联疗法治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取青岛市城阳区人民医院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的慢性胃炎患者128例,随机分为对照组与试验组,各64例。对照组予以三联疗法治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以自拟中药调脾健胃汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后血浆因子〔丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)〕、中医症状(胃脘隐痛、嘈杂反酸、胃脘痞胀、口苦口臭、纳呆、失眠)评分,并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果试验组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组MDA、SOD、NO、ET-1及胃脘隐痛、嘈杂反酸、胃脘痞胀、口苦口臭、纳呆、失眠评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组MDA、SOD、ET-1及胃脘隐痛、嘈杂反酸、胃脘痞胀、口苦口臭、纳呆、失眠评分低于对照组,NO高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟中药调脾健胃汤联合三联疗法治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效确切,可有效改善临床症状和血浆因子表达,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Chinese medicine tiaopi jianwei decoction combined with triple therapy on chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 128 cases of patients with chronic gastritis were selected from January 2019 to January 2020 in Qingdao Chengyang District People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triple therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Self-made Chinese medicine tiaopi jianwei decoction on the basis of the control group.Clinical effect,plasma factor(MDA,SOD,NO,ET-1),TCM(epigastric pain,noisy acid regurgitation,epigastric distension,bitterness and halitosis,anorexia,insomnia) scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in MDA,SOD,NO,ET-1,epigastric pain,noisy acid regurgitation,epigastric distension,bitterness and halitosis,anorexia and insomnia scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment, the experimental group of MDA,SOD,ET-1,epigastric pain,noisy acid regurgitation,epigastric distension,bitterness and halitosis,anorexia and insomnia scores were lower than control group,NO was higher control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Chinese medicine tiaopi jianwei decoction combined with triple therapy have an exact clinical effect for chronic gastritis,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and plasma factor expression, and has high safety.
