摘 要:目的分析黄连与大黄配伍时主要组分的变化规律。方法分别将黄连与大黄按照1∶1、1∶2、2∶3、5∶9比例进行配伍,以高效液相色谱法测定黄连主要组分小檗碱、表小檗碱、黄连碱以及巴马汀的溶出率变化。结果与其他配伍比例相比,黄连与大黄按1:2比例配伍时,小檗碱、表小檗碱、黄连碱以及巴马汀的相对溶出率最高。结论黄连与大黄配伍时,随着黄连剂量的降低,4种主要组分的相对溶出率逐渐升高;黄连与大黄的配伍比例是其主要组分相对溶出率的主要影响因素。Objective To investigate the main components of Coptis chinensis and rhubarb were analyzed.Methods The compatibility of Rhizoma Coptidis and rhubarb was carried out according to the ratio of 1 ∶ 1,1 ∶ 2,2 ∶ 3 and 5∶ 9,the dissolution rates of berberine,epiberberine,berberine and palmatine in Coptis chinensis were determined by HPLC.Results Compared with other compatibility ratios,the relative dissolution rates of berberine,epiberberine,berberine and palmatine were the highest when Coptidis and rhubarb were mixed at the ratio of 1:2.Conclusion The relative dissolution rate of the four main components increased with the decrease of the dosage of Coptis chinensis and rhubarb,and the compatibility ratio of Coptis chinensis and rhubarb was the main factor affecting the relative dissolution rate of the main components.
