补肾益气方治疗肾虚、气虚型成人特应性皮炎患者的疗效及对生命质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾益气方治疗肾虚、气虚型成人特应性皮炎患者的疗效及对生命质量的影响。方法选取江苏省中医院2016年7月至2019年4月收治的48例肾虚、气虚型成人特应性皮炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各24例。对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加补肾益气方,比较两组临床疗效、瘙痒评分、生命质量。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.83%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组瘙痒视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及生命质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组瘙痒VAS评分及生命质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾益气方用于肾虚、气虚型成人特应性皮炎治疗中效果满意,可改善患者生命质量,减轻瘙痒程度,疗效确切。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Yiqi Recipe on adult atopic dermatitis of kidney deficiency and qi deficiency and its impact on quality of life. Methods A total of forty-eight adult atopic dermatitis patients with kidney deficiency and qi deficiency admitted to Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects from July 2016 to April 2019 and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with twenty-four cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Bushen Yiqi Recipe plus conventional Western medicine treatment. The treatment effect, itching score and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant difference in VAS scores and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05). The quality of life score and pruritus VAS score in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Yiqi Recipe is satisfactory for the treatment of adult atopic dermatitis with kidney deficiency and qi deficiency. It can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the degree of itching, with definite curative effect.
