小儿康颗粒联合挑刺四缝穴治疗小儿厌食症患儿的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿康颗粒联合挑刺四缝穴治疗小儿厌食症患儿的疗效。方法选取佛山市顺德区妇幼保健院2018年11月至2019年6月收治的60例小儿厌食症患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组予以挑刺四缝穴治疗,观察组给予小儿康颗粒联合挑刺四缝穴治疗,比较两组证候积分、临床疗效。结果治疗4周后,两组食欲减退、食量减少积分及总积分降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治愈率为36.7%,对照组治愈率为13.3%,观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿康颗粒联合挑刺四缝穴用于小儿厌食症,可提高其临床疗效,改善临床症状。Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoerkang Granule combined with acupuncture at Tiaoci Sifeng acupoint on children with anorexia. Methods From November 2018 to June 2019, a total of sixty children with anorexia were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided an observation group and a control group, with thirty cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture at Tiaoci Sifeng acupoint, while the observation group was treated with Xiaoerkang Granule combined with acupuncture at Tiaoci Sifeng acupoint. The syndrome score and clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results After four weeks of treatment, the scores of appetite loss, food quantity reduction and total score of the two groups decreased and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The curative rate in the observation group was 36.7%, the curative rate in the control group was 13.3%, and the curative rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoer Granule combined with acupuncture at Tiaoci Sifeng acupoint in the treatment of anorexia in children can improve its clinical efficacy and improve clinical symptoms.
