摘 要:随着新能源发电设备的增多和并网容量的增长,电力电子设备与电网动态交互引起的谐振和宽频谐波谐振问题日益凸显。该文首先基于同步旋转坐标系下的dq阻抗模型建立分通道的并网系统小信号谐波等效电路。接着,根据谐波–阻抗关系式定义阻抗比,并基于等效二阶振荡环节提取谐波振荡主导特征。该方法既可定性揭示并网系统谐波谐振发生机理,又能进行谐波谐振稳定性的定量分析。进一步地,该文将提出的谐波谐振分析方法用于三相逆变并网系统的稳定性分析,与几种典型稳定性分析方法的比较结果表明:提出的谐波谐振稳定性分析方法可兼顾实用性、准确性和物理意义,有望为新能源并网系统的安全稳定运行提供有效的监测手段和指导信息。With the increase of new energy generation equipment and the grid-connected capacity, the resonance and broadband harmonic resonance caused by dynamic interactions between power-electronic equipment and the grid become increasingly prominent. Firstly, the small-signal harmonic equivalent circuit of the grid-connected system was established based on the dq impedance model in the synchronous rotating coordinate. After that, impedance ratios were defined according to the connection between impedance and harmonic, then dominant characteristics of harmonic oscillation were extracted based on the equivalent second-order oscillation system. The method can not only qualitatively reveal the generation mechanism of harmonic resonance in grid-connected system, but also quantitatively analyze the stability of harmonic resonance. Furthermore, the harmonic resonance analysis method proposed in this paper was applied to the stability analysis of a three-phase inverter-grid connected system. Additionally, the proposed method has the advantages of both practicability and accuracy compared with another three stability assessment methods. It is expected to provide better monitoring approach and guidance for the stable operation of the grid-inverters connected system.
