摘 要:区域电网异步互联之后调频资源容量减少,抵抗功率波动能力减弱,系统对于调频辅助服务的需求日渐频繁等情况突出。该文在电力市场建设不断推进的背景下,提出计及直流调节成本的区域间异步互联直流参与辅助调频服务策略。采用等效机组成本增量实现直流调节成本问题转化转换,以辅助调频服务购买费用作为目标函数,构建多资源调频辅助服务市场出清策略,实现调频需求经济分配;针对系统出现的短期快速功率波动,采用模型预测控制实现机组出力最优控制,有效改善系统频率响应。最后,通过仿真算例对所提策略进行验证,在满足经济性的前提下,优化了辅助调频服务策略。When power grid is asynchronized by HVDC systems, the capacity of frequency modulated resources in ac system is reduced and the ability to counter load fluctuation and fault disturbance is weakened. Meanwhile, the frequency regulation ancillary service demand keeps increasing. With the continuous promotion of electricity market construction in China, a frequency regulation strategy involving inter-regional HVDC participation was proposed in this paper. The frequency regulation service cost was selected as the optimal function, and the equivalent generating units cost increment was used to convert the HVDC modulation into power adjustment cost. A multi-resource frequency regulation ancillary service market clearing model was established to achieve the economic allocation of frequency demands. Predictive control was used to achieve the optimal control of generating units in response to the short-term rapid power fluctuations in the system, which can improve system frequency profile effectively. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can provide satisfied ancillary service for frequency regulation market considering HVDC participation.
