摘 要:随着大规模风电接入电力系统,风电自身的动态特性以及风电出力的不确定性对电力系统暂态稳定性产生的影响难以忽略。该文在已提出的判断风电接入对系统暂态稳定性影响的解析式判据基础上,提出保障风机接入对系统暂态稳定性产生正面影响的约束;并进一步考虑风电的不确定性,建立计及风电不确定性的含系统暂态稳定约束的经济调度模型及其求解算法;最后通过仿真验证上述模型和算法的有效性。With large-scale wind power being integrated into power systems, the impact of wind power’s dynamic characteristics and uncertainty on the power system transient stability cannot be ignored. An analytical criterion for judging the impact of wind generator integration on the power system transient stability has been proposed already. The criterion can be converted into a constraint, which guarantees that the wind generator integration has a positive impact on the power system transient stability. On this basis, wind power uncertainty was taken into considered, and a transient stability-constrained economic dispatch model with wind power uncertainty was formulated, the algorithm to solve this model was proposed as well. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm were verified by simulation.
