摘  要:阻力是除尘器最重要的性能参数之一。采用基于Kozeny-Carman方程建立的关于粉尘性质、过滤风速等参数的数学模型对耦合增强电袋复合除尘器的阻力进行描述。在耦合增强电袋复合除尘器中试试验平台上进行空载、负载条件下的相关试验,研究耦合增强电袋复合除尘器的阻力特性,并将试验数据与数学模型相互印证。结果表明:耦合增强电袋复合除尘器的阻力可以采用基于Kozeny-Carman方程建立的模型进行描述;耦合增强电袋复合除尘器阻力随过滤风速呈二次曲线增长,随粉尘浓度和运行时间的增加而增加;耦合增强电袋复合除尘器的粉尘比"前电后袋"电袋复合除尘器的粉尘在滤袋外形成粉饼的空隙率大;试验工况条件下,耦合增强电袋复合除尘器中滤袋外粉饼的空隙率为0.937。Resistance is one of the most important performance parameters of precipitator. The mathematic model of parameters such as dust properties and filtration velocity which was established based on the Kozeny-Carman equation described the resistance of enhanced electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator(EEFIP).The experiment on the dynamic resistance of the EEFIP under no load and load conditions was carried out on the pilot scale experiment platform, also the resistance characteristics of EEFIP were studied, then the experimental data and mathematical model were verified each other. The results show that the resistance of the EEFIP can be described by the model based on the Kozeny-Carman equation. The resistance of the EEFIP has a quadratic relationship with the filtration velocity;andincreases with the dust concentration, filtration velocity and running time. The porosity of dust cake formed outside the filter bag of the EEFIP is larger than that of the EFIP. Under the conditions of this experiment, the porosity of the dust cake formed outside the filter bag in the EEFIP is 0.937.
