摘 要:提出基于三端口无桥功率因数校正器(powerfactor corrector,PFC)的隔离双输出AC-DC变换器及其控制方法。利用三端口无桥PFC同时提供电压稳定的直流母线和电压宽幅变化的直流母线,实现了中间直流母线电压与直流输出电压的自适应匹配,大大降低了后级直流变换器的电压增益变化范围,为后级LLC谐振变换器的高效设计与实现提供了有利条件。文中给出三端口无桥PFC与双输入LLC谐振变换器的新型组合结构,详细分析三端口无桥PFC的工作原理,提出相应的调制策略和控制方法。实验结果表明,所提出的解决方案能够实现更高的效率。A two-stage isolated dual-output AD-DC converter based on three-port bridgeless power factor corrector(TP-BPFC) and its control method were proposed. With the two DC-buses, i.e. a variable DC voltage bus and a constant DC voltage bus, provided by the TP-BPFC, the total bus voltage is able to follow the variable of the DC output voltage adaptively. Therefore, the voltage gain range of the downstream DC-DC converters is reduced significantly, which can help to improve the efficiency of the downstream DC-DC converters. Topologies of the front-stage TP-BPFC and the downstream dual-input LLC resonant converter were presented. Operation principles of the TP-BPFC were analyzed in detail, and modulation and control strategies were proposed. Experimental results indicate that higher efficiency is achieved with the proposed solutions.
