摘 要:针对单相逆变器直流母线耦合大量二倍频功率分量,提出一种基于Buck-Boost模式下的AC级功率解耦电路。该电路并联于逆变器交流侧,以实现脉动功率在交流侧就地解耦,并且减小逆变器系统的二倍频脉动回路。分析解耦电路工作原理,推导出解耦电路开关管的开关时序。设计相应的脉冲能量调制(pulse energy modulation,PEM)策略对解耦功率进行精准调控。建立仿真和实验平台,测试结果证明该解耦电路及PEM控制策略能有效缓冲二倍频功率脉动,逆变器系统中电容器容值大幅度下降。A large amount of secondly ripple power is coupled on the dc bus of single-phase inverter due to the output pulsating power. In this paper, a novel AC-side power decoupling circuit based on buck-Boost was proposed for single-phase inverter. The circuit is connected in parallel with the ac-side of the inverter to realize the local decoupling of the pulsating power on the AC-side and reduce the secondly ripple pulsating loop of the inverter system. The working principle of decoupling circuit was analyzed, and the switching sequence of decoupling circuit switches was derived. The corresponding pulse energy modulation(PEM) control strategy was designed to precisely control the decoupled power. Simulation and experiment platform was established and the test results show that the decoupling circuit and PEM control strategy can effectively buffer the secondly ripple. Thus the capacitor capacity in inverter system is greatly reduced.
