摘 要:输煤和输电是解决我国煤炭资源分布不均和消费区域不协调问题的两种能源运输方式。浩吉铁路的投运大幅提升了北煤南运的运输能力,缩减了运输时间和成本,相对于特高压输电是否更具有经济性成为关注的焦点。为了比较浩吉铁路输煤和特高压输电的经济性,分别选取了三种输煤和特高压输电方案,用LCOE模型进行计算,得到各个方案的度电成本,并进行比较。结果表明,利用浩吉铁路输煤到华中地区,在较短的运距内,输煤更经济,但是运距较大时,输电可能更具有经济性。Coal transportation and power transmission are two energy transportation methods to solve the problems of uneven distribution of coal resources and uncoordinated consumption regions in China. The commissioning of the Haoji Railway has greatly increased the transportation capacity of coal transportation from the north to the south,and reduced transportation time and costs. Compared with UHV transmission,whether it is more economical has become the focus of attention. In order to compare the economics of coal transportation and UHV transmission on the Haoji Railway,three coal transportation and UHV transmission schemes were selected,calculated with the LCOE model,and the cost per kilowatt-hour of each scheme was obtained and compared. The results show that the use of Haoji Railway to transport coal to Central China is more economical in a shorter distance,but when the distance is larger,power transmission may be more economical.
