摘 要:西北干旱地区盐碱不断积累于土壤表层,从而导致土壤中水汽运行状态变差,加剧了土壤盐碱和污染物的积累与土壤污染恶化程度。本文以榆林工业园区的油污土壤为研究对象,开展微生物降解油污土壤的筛分试验,记录菌株在不同pH值、温度和转速条件下的产菌量,通过对比产菌量选取最适宜菌株的培养条件。结果显示:菌株T-2和T-9最适pH值为7.0,T-6和T-13最适pH值为8.0;菌株T-2、T-6、T-9最适培养温度为30℃,T-13最适宜培养温度为35℃;菌株T-2、T-6、T-9最适摇床转速为150 r/min,T-13最适宜摇床转速为100 r/min。选取合适的菌种培养条件对其产菌量增加有着明显的影响,研究成果为西北干旱地区油污土壤修复提供了试验依据。The accumulation of salinity in the arid area of Northwest China leads to the deterioration of water vapor in the soil,which aggravates the accumulation of soil salinity and pollutants and the deterioration of soil pollution.In this paper,the oily soil in Yulin Industrial Park was taken as the research object,and the screening experiment of microbial degradation of oily soil was carried out.The bacterial yield of the strain was recorded under different pH values,temperatures and rotation speeds,and the optimum culture conditions of the strain were selected by comparing the bacterial yield.The results showed that the optimum pH value of T-2 and T-9 was 7.0,and that of T-6 and T-13 was 8.0.The optimum temperature of T-2,T-6 and T-9 was 30℃,and the optimum temperature of T-13 was 35℃.The optimum rotation speed of strain T-2,T-6 and T-9 was 150 r/min,and the optimum rotation speed of strain T-13 was 100 r/min.The selection of suitable culture conditions had a significant influence on the increase of the bacteria yield.The research results provided experimental basis for the restoration of oil soil in arid areas of Northwest China.
