摘 要:为改善结构的抗震性能,减小结构在震后的残余变形,在保证结构耗能性能的基础上对其进行复位,提出一种自复位变摩擦阻尼器(SVFD)。首先介绍阻尼器的构造和工作原理;然后针对该阻尼器的力学性能进行了理论分析与推导,给出了该阻尼器的恢复力模型;最后基于ABAQUS软件建立3组模型,研究碟形弹簧不同预压力对阻尼器复位性能的影响,及在不同位移幅值作用下的SVFD耗能性能,并将模拟结果与理论公式进行对比分析。研究结果表明:理论公式与模拟结果最大误差仅为3.3%,表明理论分析方法切实可行;SVFD具有良好的滞回性能,其滞回曲线呈旗形且形状饱满,各段刚度过渡平缓、性能稳定,构件残余变形随着弹簧预压力的增加而减小,构件的残余变形最大才达2.3 mm,复位性能得到充分发挥,满足实际需求。In order to improve the seismic performance of the structure and reduce the residual deformation of the structure after earthquake,a self-centering variable friction damper(SVFD)is proposed based on the energy dissipation performance of the structure.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the damper are introduced,then the mechanical properties of the damper are analyzed and deduced theoretically,and the restoring force model of the damper is given.Finally,three groups of models are established based on ABAQUS software to study the effect of different pre-pressure on the reset performance of the damper and the energy dissipation performance of SVFD under different displacement amplitudes.The simulation results are compared with the theoretical formulas.The results show that the maximum error between the theoretical formula and the simulation results is only 3.3%,which indicates that the theoretical analysis method is feasible;SVFD has good hysteretic performance,its hysteretic curve is flag-shaped and full in shape,the stiffness transition of each section is smooth and stable,the residual deformation of components decreases with the increase of spring preload,the maximum residual deformation of components reaches 2.3 mm,and the reset performance is obtained.It can give full play to meet actual needs.
