摘 要:通过与华为技术有限公司合作,利用SAP 2000进行带腰桁架的集装箱叠箱结构设计与研究。分别考虑腰桁架不同跨度、不同高度以及不同腹杆搭设方式对其下弦杆受力的影响,以此来确定集装箱最终的尺寸,达到结构设计安全与经济最优这一目的。计算结果表明:①下弦杆的应力比随着腰桁架跨度的增大逐渐增大,但增大的幅度却各不相同,跨度范围选定在13.2~13.4 m之间较为合适;②下弦杆的应力比随着腰桁架高度的增大逐渐减小,但减小的幅度却各不相同,高度范围选定在0.55~0.65 m之间较为合适;③相比于专利中原本的腰桁架设计方式,两端做成斜向交叉以及中间做成人字形的,无论是经济性还是安全性都更为合适。最后建立优化方案的工程实际计算模型,与原始计算模型进行经济性与安全性的对比,验证了优化设计的正确性。Through cooperation with Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.,SAP 2000 is used to design and research the structure of container stacking box with waist truss.In order to determine the final size of the container and achieve the goal of structural design safety and economic optimization,the influence of different span,height and erection method of web member on the stress of the lower chord of the waist truss is considered respectively.The results show that:1)the stress ratio of the lower chord increases gradually with the increase of the waist truss span,but the magnitude of the increase is different,and the span range is between 13.2 m and13.4 m,which is more appropriate;2)the stress ratio of the lower chord decreases gradually with the increase of the waist truss height,but the magnitude of the decrease is different,and the height range is between 0.55 m and 0.65 m,which is more appropriate. 3)Compared with the original design method of waist truss in the patent,it is more economy and safety if the two ends are made into oblique intersection and the middle is made into herringbone.Finally,the actual engineering calculation model of the optimization scheme is established,and compared with the original calculation model in terms of economy and security,which verifies the correctness of the optimization design.
