摘  要:伴随着人工耳蜗植入手术在临床上的广泛开展,人工耳蜗设备本身的技术创新也取得了显著的进步,高性能的人工听觉装置逐步应用于临床,且其适用人群也不断扩大。本文对人工耳蜗设备不同的电极设计理念与使用选择、声电联合刺激和术后残余听力、全植入式人工耳蜗装置及其他涉及的国内外最新研究成果进行综述。Increasing numbers of patients with severe and profound hearing loss benefit from cochlear implantation.In the meanwhile,electrode design and technological innovation continue to progress rapidly.At present,the performance of artificial hearing devices continues to improve,and the applicable population is constantly expanding.In the future,cochlear devices may be customized personally according to the patient’s unique cochlear anatomy,spiral ganglion cells distribution and genetic test results.This review focuses on latest progress in cochlear implants electrode design,electroacoustic stimulation,totally implantable cochlear implants,and other relevant new technologies.
