北魏河东太守的籍贯变化及其原因探析

摘　　要：纵观北魏时期,河东地区处于比较重要的地位,但由于具体时期的政治形势不同,导致其行政区划归属变更,迁都前作为边境,是进攻和防御大夏和刘宋的前沿,用本籍是为了调动当地豪族势力的军事力量和保护地方的积极性;迁都后,河东地区成为京畿的一部分,其安全与财政收入对中央比较重要,河东太守人选尽可能从其他地区挑选。进而形成河东太守的任命由本籍向外籍的转变这一格局。Throughout the Northern Wei Dynasty,Hedong region was in a relatively important position,but because of different political situations in the specific periods,its administrative division was changed.Before moving the capital to Luoyang,as a border,it was the front line of attacking and defending Daxia and Liu Song.The purpose of using local officials is to mobilize the military power of the local nobles and to protect the enthusiasm of the local.After moving the capital to Luoyang,Hedong became a part of the capital city and its environs,its security and financial revenue are more important to the central government,Hedong Prefect was selected from other regions as far as possible.Then the appointment of Hedong Prefect was transformed from the local to the out-of-towners.
