摘　　要：针对高校智库微信平台信息服务能力提升的问题,文章围绕高校智库微信平台新型服务模式这个核心,以评价方式优化数据支持功能,提升用户满意度。首先运用扎根方法,构建高校智库微信平台信息服务能力评价指标,其次根据理想点效用函数,构建体现差异性优势的评价模型,最后采用9个高校智库微信平台作为案例,评价其信息服务能力及其提升路径,这为评价高校智库微信平台信息服务能力提供了新的理论方法。Aiming at the problem of improving the information service capability of the university think tank WeChat platforms,the article focuses on the core of the new service model of the WeChat platform,and the data support function is optimized by evaluation method to enhance users’satisfaction.Firstly,the grounded theory method is used to construct the evaluation index of the information service capability of the university think tank WeChat platforms.Secondly,according to the ideal point utility function,the evaluation model embodying the difference advantage is constructed.Finally,nine universities’think tank WeChat platforms are used as cases to evaluate the level of information service capability and promotion paths.In the theoretical aspect,the paper presents a new research perspective for evaluating the information service capability of the university think tank WeChat platforms.
