摘  要:目的:分析连翘饮片质量。方法:随机抽取30批次连翘饮片,采用液相色谱分析法测定连翘苷、连翘酯苷A含量,并对照《中国药典》(2015版)评价连翘饮片质量。结果:30批次连翘饮片不合格率为6.67%;连翘饮片质量主要受连翘苷、连翘酯苷A的影响。结论:连翘饮片质量尚可,但仍存在一定优化空间。液相色谱法评价连翘饮片质量操作简单,检测流程耗时较短,可为连翘饮片质量的评估提供可靠支持。Objective To analyze the quality of forsythia decoction pieces.Methods Randomly select 30 batches of Forsythia suspensa pieces,use liquid chromatography to determine the content of forsythiaside and forsythiaside A,and evaluate the quality of Forsythia suspensa pieces against the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition).Results The failure rate of 30 batches of Forsythia suspensa was 6.67%;the quality of Forsythia suspensa was mainly affected by forsythin and forsythin A.Conclusion The quality of Forsythia decoction pieces is fair,but there is still some room for optimization.The liquid chromatography method for evaluating the quality of Forsythia suspensa is simple,and the detection process takes a short time,which can provide reliable support for the evaluation of the quality of Forsythia suspensa.
