响铃草薄层鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的:建立响铃草的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用硅胶GF254薄层板,黄酮类物质芹菜素、金合欢素、染料木素和山柰素为对照品,环己烷-乙酸乙酯-水(8∶5∶1)为展开剂,对响铃草药材进行薄层色谱定性鉴别。结果:薄层色谱图中可见与染料木素、金合欢素以及山柰素在其相对应位置显相同颜色斑点,且斑点清晰,方法耐用性好。结论:该方法安全、易操作、专属性强,可作为响铃草的薄层鉴别方法。Objective To establish TLC identification method of Crotalaria ferruginea.Methods Using flavonoid apigenin,acacetin,genistein and kaempferol as reference substances,Crotalaria ferruginea were identified by TLC on silica gel GF254 plate with developing solvent hexamethylene-ethyl acetate-water(8∶5∶1).Results Based on the position and color of reference substances,it showedthe corresponding spots of Crotalaria ferruginea in TLC.The spots are clear and the method has good durability.Conclusion The developed method is safe,easy to operate and strong in specificity,and can be used TLC identification method of Crotalaria ferruginea.
