木棉花化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：对木棉花化学成分及其药理作用研究进展做系统分析,为其深入开发与利用提供参考依据。文章对大量国内外相关文献进行查阅、整理与分析,并对其进行归纳与综述。木棉花的化学成分主要有挥发油类、黄酮类、苯丙素类、甾体类、脂肪酸类、微量元素、三帖类化合物、酚酸类化合物等,具有抗炎抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血糖、保肝等多种药理作用。在医药卫生、保健品、食品和日化品行业应用日趋广泛,但有关木棉花化学成分研究还不够深入和全面,药理作用的机制目前并不十分明确,建议将其化学成分研究和药理活性研究相结合,多层次、多方位、多靶点深入探讨其作用机制和功效,为进一步深入开发利用木棉花提供依据。To make a systematic analysis of the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Bombax malabaricum flowers,in order to provide the scientific basis for further development and utilization of Bombax malabaricum flowers.This paper collates and analyzes a large number of related literatures at home and abroad,and the results of these studies were analyzed and evaluated.The chemical constituents of Bombax malabaricum flowers mainly include volatile oils,flavonoids,phenylpropanol,steroids,fatty acids,trace elements,triad compounds,phenolic acids,etc.Bombax malabaricum flowers has a variety of pharmacological effects,including anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,hypoglycemic effect,liver protection and so on.It is widely used in the fields of medicine,health care,food and daily chemical products.However,the research on chemical constituents of Bombax malabaricum flowers is not thorough and comprehensive,and the mechanism of pharmacological action is not very clear.It is suggested to combine the study of its chemical constituents with the study of its pharmacological activities,and explore the mechanism and efficacy of its action at multiple levels,multiple directions and multiple targets,in order to provides a basis for further exploitation and utilization of Bombax malabaricum flowers.
